Cologne: the German city you have to visit!
You do not have to waste your time! If you want to visit Germany you have to go to Cologne first! This is the economic, cultural and historical capital of the Rhineland region. It is located on the banks of the River Rhine and for this reason it is one of the main trade routes between Eastern and Western Europe.
The city was founded in 50 BC and was inhabited by the Romans who built important monuments in the city.
